Key Responsibilities
•  Develop collaborative relationships and partnerships with HR leadership and business leaders to provide recruiting expertise, market intelligence, and counsel on talent issues to improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
•  Interpret and translate business strategy and people requirements into original and compelling career opportunities to attract top leadership talent.
•  Role model activities across the team to ensure creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, and persistence in sourcing for hard-to-fill or unique positions.
•  Ensure a candidate concierge experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
•  Manage communication and operating rhythms with hiring managers, ensuring talent engagement strategies, candidate pipelines, and channel effectiveness align to meet hiring goals.
•  Manage detailed metrics and data to share with key stakeholders regularly.
•  Ensure full compliance with applicable federal and state employment regulations in all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. Optimize the use of ATS system capabilities to capture required data, provide reporting, streamline efforts, and ensure efficiency in all processes and procedures.
•  Manage third-party relationships, focusing on identifying and building strong partners for leadership across Kerry.
•  Provide recruitment training and counsel to hiring managers, effectively evolving the recruitment culture across the organization.
•  Utilize analytics to focus and guide the business on relevant actions that advance the function.
•  Partner with global functions, business leaders, and communications to optimize our online presence.
•  Identify, participate, and manage recruitment outreach and events.

 

Key responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
•  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate successful executive recruitment experience.
•  8+ years of demonstrated progressive experience delivering full-life-cycle recruitment at the Director Level and Sr. Level critical hires. •  A blend of corporate and executive search experience is strongly preferred.
•  Relentless and resilient with well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources (including advanced use of social networking sites) for passive and active leadership talent recruitment.
•  Demonstrated experience and success in developing innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for unique or difficult-to-fill roles.
•  Experience in using and optimizing applicant tracking/ATS systems to support recruiting operations.
•  Ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and constantly re-prioritize with ease.
•  Expert knowledge of and ability to practically implement best practices in Executive Search processes and procedures that fit Kerry’s culture.
•  Outstanding verbal and written communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to articulate the Kerry culture and value proposition.
•  Extensive track record of partnering successfully with all levels of leadership and delivering results in a creative, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•  Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, and influence skills with candidates, vendors, and colleagues.
•  Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially.
•  Strong organizational ability to manage a high requisition workload and successfully recruit for multiple positions simultaneously.
