About the role

Work within the Maintenance team to maintain equipment and installations safely, following good manufacturing practices in a timely fashion. Fulfillment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs Maintain inventory, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations.

Track basic indicators and costs.

Propose improvements, technically validate modifications.

Work with and follow up suppliers.

Improve preventative maintenance plans.

Participate in project and equipment modifications and installation.

Key responsibilities

Maintain  equipments and installations at the maximun availabilty level, complying with safety and higiene regulations and best practices.

All maintenance reqisitions coordinated with the shift leader.

Identification and correction of deviations in the standard running conditions of equipment.

Register of workorders

Follow up of all standard procedures and technical instructions.

Training of other people in own expertise areas.

Correction of assigned hazard reports, non conformities, observations, etc

Execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks and improvement of preventive maintenance plan.

Qualifications and skills

FP II in technical specialization. 5 years experience as maintenance technician

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Knowledge of good hygiene practices . Basic knowledge about food Safety Electromechanical profile ( Theorical and practical knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity and automatisms) Knowledge of basic safety regulations.

Hands on, cand do attitude. Problem solving skills Autonomus and action oriented
