What you'll do?

  • Responsible for all manufacturing operations including the safety, production efficiencies, quality, customer service, and financial performance of the plant.
  • Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
  • Leads team members in attaining plant production and quality targets.
  • Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure safety, quality, cost, and customer service goals are met.
  • Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to meet business demands.

What you'll need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study and/or experience in the food industry
  • Demonstrated success as a change agent & developing/implementing continuous improvement initiatives and accountability programs
  • Demonstrated success assessing, developing and retaining top talent
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements, adhere to budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Financial analysis acumen and experience maintaining budgets or capital spend
  • Proven ability to lead with the following key competencies: Strategic Thinking, Managing Change, Critical Thinking, Continuous Cost Focus, Technical Expertise, Influence and Delivery of Sustainable Results
