Key responsibilities:

 

  • Operate machinery and equipment on the production line to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production processes to maintain safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications and skills:

 

  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.

 

The typical hiring range for this role is $24.68 - $28.39 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
