About the role

Are you a passionate TA expert looking to add value to a Global business? If so, you’re in luck.


We are looking for a TA Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team in Europe and support our Integrated Operations function and manufacturing sites.


Working as part of a Global Business Services structure, you will work within a fast paced and high energy team and environment supporting our leaders across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will deliver quality and diverse candidates that build and strengthen our future pipeline to position Kerry as the first choice for top talent! We are looking for someone who will work with ambition and agility to respond to business and market needs to constantly drive the cost and people agenda.


This is a hybrid/remote working role; however, you will work closely with your team based in various locations across Europe and Malaysia. This a super exciting time to start your journey with Kerry!


Required language Dutch and English are essential for this role. 



How you will contribute


  • You will deliver highly qualified candidates on time, managing volume and salaried hiring throughout the full recruitment lifecycle with flair
  • You will create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates and build out talent pipelines for future hiring demands
  • You will work in a highly collaborative environment with the wider GBS teams to ensure an aligned approach from first candidate / hiring manager contact to offer, preboarding and onboarding
  • You will ensure high standards are met and often exceeded as it relates to both hiring manager and candidate experience. You will champion diversity, inclusion, purpose, and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process leading to measurable improvement in the attraction, selection and engagement of high-potential, diverse candidates for Kerry.  You ensure high standards are met and often
  • You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively with the wider GBS teams, relevant COEs and Business Partners to find and execute solutions to business challenges and to develop proactive external talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
  • You will become an ‘expert’ user of our applicant tracking system (Success Factors), ensuring compliance in Talent Acquisition activity across the ATS.
  • You will be passionate to drive compliance and high standards – working closely to TA SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition management, and candidate management for specialist/standard roles.



What you will bring


  • You will come with strong talent acquisition expertise gained within an in-house, agency or RPO model.  If you’ve worked before in a shared service centre environment, this will be a great advantage.
  • You will know the latest TA trends, methodologies and sourcing strategies and will be adept at Boolean searches, direct sourcing, and market mapping.  You may be stubborn – you won’t give up until you’ve sourced the best
  • If you have prior experience in an FMCG or manufacturing business, great!
  • You will bring market insights to the forefront – and will use these to influence strategy and decisions
  • You will be great at working with diverse and remote teams located across time zones across a matrixed environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with advanced English level proficiency and able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Solid experience conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews across a breadth of organization levels
  • Creativity and an analytical mindset
  • You will be able to manage conflicting stakeholder interests and will escalate as needed
  • You will have a degree or equivalent experience for this role
  • You will act with urgency, prioritize business needs, and actively manage to project deadlines
  • Be an inspirational coach and mentor to others on the team
