About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of account administration, account queries and sales support, predominantly via email and phone.
  • Processes orders and requests in line with company procedures and proposes improvements to procedures and processes.
  • Liaises with other supply chain staff (from buying to dispatch) to resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining cause of problem, seeking solutions and escalating appropriately.

Qualifications and skills

  • Graduação preferencialmente em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Gestão de Pessoas, Gestão de Projetos
  • Inglês e Espanhol (desejável)
  • Desejável experiência em Customer Care ou áreas afins
