About The Role

 

We are looking for an Intellectual Property Administrator to join our team in Tralee!

 

Candidates will need to be based close to our offices in Tralee. Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy.

What will I be doing?

 

  • Manage Third Party IP Professional Fees
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Track spend by provider and by project
  • Manage queries on fees
  • Manage the approval and signing process (using Adobe Sign where possible) for internal and Third-Party IP related agreements
  • Ensuring all IP related documentation is stored in a structured way and accessible on demand
  • Assist with royalties & Recharges
  • Manage deliverables and status of KGIP related projects
  • Assist the KGIP IP team with Adhoc queries

What do I need to be successful?

 

  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams)
  • Knowledge of SAP / Coupa an advantage but training can be provided
  • Knowledge of Adobe Sign an advantage but training can be provided
  • Consistently willing to learn more and expand knowledge.
