About the role
Work Location : Taguig ( Manila)
Reporting to : RD&A Manager
Key responsibilities
- Development and application of Beverage solutions for Philippines and possibly in other SEA Markets
- Conducts physico-chemical tests and other relevant tests for various beverages to establish specifications and standardization of formulations.
- Utilize the various Kerry Technologies for different types of beverages applications.
- Manage sensory evaluations specifically related to beverages.
- Supports Flavour Collection maintenance and flavour evaluations to build a local flavour library to address customer needs
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or similar discipline, with at least 2-3 years’ experience working in a laboratory setting, food production facilities or relevant industry related to beverage.
- Experience in Flavour / Taste area will be preferred.
- Strong interest in beverage development and adequate understanding of ingredient functionality.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience working successfully with multifunctional teams to ensure achievement of strategic business goals.
- Genuine passion for beverage, with proven capacity to relay this in all your customer and stakeholder engagements.
