About the role

This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Director ANZ to operationalize the marketing strategy, support customer insights and presentations and work effectively across multiple End Use Markets and customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing Insight Led Content to support concepts across the Kerry technologies. Ability to develop creative content across the following platforms : Powerpoint, Infographics, Blog posts or Video
  • Supporting the Technology team in product ideation, development and execution
  • Pro-actively reaching out to other regions to “lift and shift” & make the information relevant for the ANZ market
  • Supporting and arranging Kerry Marketing activities in ANZ e.g. positioning Kerry as the Taste and Nutrition leader , Advertising , Tradeshows etc.
  • Circulating regular Internal & External updates containing Market Trends & how Kerry technology can capitalise on these trends
  • Responsible for closing leads generated & working with the relevant technology to understand if Kerry can offer a solution
  • Conducting Market Mapping exercises across key technologies & highlighting gaps in the Kerry portfolio
Qualifications and skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in FMCG industry, ingredients & flavors knowledge is preferred but not essential
  • Strong project planning & management skills, experience with adhoc consumer research experience.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PPT
  • Candidate needs to demonstrate creativity and the ability to present concepts/ideas differently
  • Customer focused, acts with drive, determination and resilience
  • Strong consulting, collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management / facilitation skills with a demonstrated track record of operating effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Likes autonomy, is pro-active and results driven
  • Ability to understand big picture, macro issues whilst gaining insight into variables for effecting outcomes to support execution of initiatives
  • Ability to anticipate customer (internal and external) needs
