About the role

 

The role of a HR Change Specialist is to provide change and program support as a key member of the APMEA Change Integration team to create a more structured and disciplined approach to change management, influence the behavioural and mindset shifts required for effective change and build greater change capability across APMEA.  

 

In this role you partner with business leaders, APMEA HR & APMEA Communications teams to support organizational change programs across the region including ourVoice, Organisational Effectiveness through our Accelerate transformation program, Commercial Excellence, Diversity Inclusion & Belonging and the adoption and embedding of our new HR operating model.

 

Work Location : Sydney 
 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Co-ordinate delivery of global and regional programs across APMEA by collaborating with Global COE’s, GBS and APMEA HRBP’s e.g. Manager Effectiveness, Manager Fundamentals, Cultural Awareness training, annual people processes (Performance Review), ourVoice and Diversity Inclusion & Belonging, HR operating model
  • Organize and support priorities in the APMEA DI&B ( Diversity, Inclusive and Belonging) plan and act as the regional point of contact for Global and APMEA Employee Network Group activities e.g. Women in Kerry, World Diversity Days e.g. International Women’s Day, PRIDE week, Cultural Awareness, Inclusive Leadership
  • Leverage data and insights to inform strategic planning and actions for DIB, Talent Management, ourVoice and work with GBS insights team to better promote and leverage Global reporting dashboards
  • Act as the APMEA point of contact for global programs throughout the year e.g. Recognition, Wellness, Kerry 50th anniversary

Qualifications and skills

 

  • Degree qualified in Business, HR, Marketing or Comms with 2-3 years work experience in an HR, Change, Marketing or Comms role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate project management skills and delivering to deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong ability to work well in a team and on your own
  • Must be able to multi task in an environment with changing priorities
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Willingness to travel or relocate across the global Kerry organization (preferred)
