About the role

The Campaign & Content Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of the digital content program for all Kerry brand communications and campaigns in ANZ. The position will report directly into the Senior Marketing Manager ANZ. This role requires a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, stakeholder management and project management skills.  

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the content strategies to support the achievement of Kerry’s objectives in ANZ, on time and within budget. (examples include videos, whitepapers, infographics, guides, podcasts, webinars)
  • Responsible for inputting into the development of the content strategy, content optimization, and content ideation for key campaigns and End Use Markets such as Meat, Savoury, Beverage, Dairy, Bakery and Sweet)
  • Drive all aspects of the content calendar and campaign content requirements for central campaigns. Work with key local markets to create local content calendars.
  • Develop journey maps for key personas against key insight messages.
  • Work with strategic marketing to agree targets and KPIs by campaign, that ladder to the overall
  • Kerry objectives. - Work closely with agency partners to optimize the buyer’s journey, ensure consistency of messaging, content & SEO.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Analytics, Strategic marketing, Insights & external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content with smart CTAs.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worthwhile investment of their time & effort. - Responsibility for gathering & analyzing data to evaluate ROI in order to make recommendations and optimize marketing programs, and facilitate the acceleration of a “test & learn” approach amongst markets within the region.
  • Evangelize best practice approaches to content creation for both Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • BS degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent working experience.
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing agency or client side. Food/beverage experience an advantage.
  • Past Experience in activating integrated campaigns using both online and offline touchpoints across customer journey.
  • Past experience in building content for the web and managing a CMS, as well as channel specific knowledge (blog, LinkedIn, SlideShare, twitter, facebook)
  • Past experience in building audiences online and relevant ROI reporting, plus optimisation of campaigns.
  • Essential Skills: High proficiency across
    • CRM platforms: Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce other
    • Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
    • Google Analytics: SEO Adwords
  • Highly desirable:
    • Canva, InDesign or other graphic software skills.
    • Sales force or other database management experience.
    • Mintel, Food People, Euromonitor or other insights and data exposure.
  • Strong stakeholder management/influencing skills with a demonstrated track record of operating effectively in a cross-functional environment
