Key responsibilities

  • Create, Track, & Evaluate Training Programs at a site & department level and for New Hire Orientation.
  • Track and manage learning plans in Alchemy for all monthly required HR & Safety and Food Safety/Quality Trainings. Follow-up with all non-compliant employees weekly. starting the second week of each period and send out an email to all department managers of the status.
  • Create and Update New Hire Orientation Materials.
  • Execute New Hire Orientation to ensure positive employee experience and compliance.
  • Assist in Site Audit Requests.
  • Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork (hand off to site admin for documentation into employee file).
  • Provide project support to include coordinate employee communications, review of documents, creation of documents, assist with trainings, and town hall materials.
  • Assist New Employees in enrollment of Time & Attendance & Kerry Hub (Supervisor will assist current employees).
  • Manage employee certifications and notify employees who are due for expiration 30 days ahead of their expiration to allow them time to get re-certified (forklift and aerial training).
  • Evaluate, design, and administer any additional training programs.

Qualifications and skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED, college degree.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • 2-4 years' experience in similar roles.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience in training or CI fields.
  • 2-4 years' experience in manufacturing (food industry is a bonus but not necessary).
  • Alchemy experience a plus!
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Experience with Kronos/ADP/HR processes a plus.

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
