CI Overview 

In Continuous Improvement, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced individuals while learning about the Kerry way. In the first 12 months of the program, you will spend time at one our manufacturing facilities learning about the implementation of continuous improvement standards from the point of view of the Continuous Improvement Manager and spend time on the operations team learning about those same standards put-to-work. In the second year of the program, you will work remote with 80% travel, to drive improvement projects to completion at multiple locations.

Throughout the program, you will go through capability building sessions, interact with individuals across teams and functions, network with peers and leaders throughout the company, and gain experience through real hands-on projects.

Qualifications and Skills

What you'll need to be successful

  • A Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Engineering, Business, Management, or related discipline
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
  • A curious mindset
  • Ability to travel and relocate
  • Minimum 3.25 GPA
