About the role

  • This is a critical role primarily focusing on developing and fostering Kerry's talent acquisition work in China.
  • Exposure to talent solicitation, assessment, hiring strategy and employer branding etc.
  • Motivating world class, high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

•    Source candidates directly using various methods.
•    Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates’ overall suitability for the business.
•    Arrange interviews for HR partners and hiring teams.
•    Interact with potential candidates on professional networks, via email, phone and video conference
•    Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals.
•    Identify and qualify potential candidates, keep candidate pool up-to-date.
•    Create talent pipelines for current and future openings.
•    Support the recruiting and hiring process including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries.
•    Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System is managed effectively and accurate.
•    Data management and reporting in compliance with relevant legislations.
•    Organize/coordinate Employer branding related employee events and activities.
•    Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders e.g. HR BP, HR Shared Service, ICT etc. to improve candidate onboarding process and experience.
•    Work on continuous improvements projects to optimize current processes and elevate employee experiences to the next level Driving HR Excellence Projects.

Qualifications and skills

•    Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or related area or equivalent experience.
•    A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Researcher, familiarity with Food or Consumer sector will be a plus.
•    Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.
•    Ability to build rapport with candidates quickly.
•    Excellent communication and time management skills.
•    Able to deal with ambiguity, work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done and perform where it is needed.
•    Open-minded, Positive, Tenacious and Resourceful.
•    Action Oriented with Proactiveness.
•    Technically savvy in basic computer software (e.g. MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
