About the role

⦁ This is a critical role primarily focusing on performing and fostering Kerry's global supply quality work.
⦁ Exposure to supplier evaluation/ asessment, compliance check etc.

Key responsibilities

•    Responsible for leading the performance of CoS document management operations for Kerry Group regionally or sub-regionally.
•    Manage supplier risk and approval governance on approved suppliers globally.
•    Approval of Vendor-GS vendor-item relationship in SAP through ePIR system and/or MDM Sharepoint
•    Manage supplier food safety data and documentation in Supply Quality systems and portal and ensuring data integrity within systems used.
•    Implement policies and procedures to ensure all conform to the food safety legislation and regulations applicable within the region, for example FSMA in US.
•    Horizon scanning of emerging food safety and supply quality trends.
•    Provide recommendations to the organisation regarding risks and solutions involved in Supply Quality.
•    Responsible for providing existing suppliers’ information in event of serious issue if appointed through regional Food Safety/ QHS&E Lead.
•    Partner with RD&A, Procurement to ensure Master data is managed in line with global governance programs
•    Audit and management of Kerry Connect Supply Quality module master data to ensure governance programs are adhered to.
•    Responsible and accountable for managing the CoS compliance team within the Supply Quality / QHSE CoE.
•    Responsible for understanding functional training needs, skills gaps and defining and delivering training programs for the core and extended Supply Quality teams.

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree, Major in materials, food, food industrial related.
•    Working experience in Food Safety, Regulatory, Quality or Operational Quality with at least 1-2 years’ experience
•    Knowledge of food safety requirements and food legislation compliance
•    Good written and spoken English
•    Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams at multi-levels within the organisation
•    Excellent Interpersonal, communication skills
•    Good Logical thinking and analytic thinking 
•    Able to work individually and as a team player  


Competencies Required:
•    Knowledge of food safety requirements and compliance 
•    Analytical, precise, pragmatic, enthusiastic, result oriented and commercial awareness
•    Problem solving and resolution
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams at multi levels within the organization.
•    Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict management skills.
•    Good English communication for work
