⦁ This is a critical role primarily focusing on SCM project management and call-off.
⦁ Exposure to procurement, planning etc.
⦁ A passion for motivating world class, high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

Call off support

• Input the P.O message in system
• Create the P.O from system
• Verify the P.O in correct way
• Goods delivery schedule to warehouse and Demand Planning.
• Handle supplier invoice dispute
• Inventory control
• Communicate with supplier if necessary

Project Management

• Cost saving
• Inventory write off

Other job assigned by department leader.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years experiences in Supply Chain
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Positive, aggressive and could be a good team player
• Professional communication skills
