Key responsibilities

  • Promote Kerry high quality products in creamer and UHT industry.
  • Develop new Opportunities for creamer and UHT products.
  • Maintain and development strong relationship with existing accounts by good customer service.
  • To meet yearly sales volume and margin target comply with company strategy.
  • Understand business challenges and priorities, and analyze information and prioritize opportunities critical to an account. Establish and maintain strategic partnership with high value customers.
  • Work with cross-functional team to develop new production and application, help customers to resolve technical problem.
  • Marketing approaches with support of Kerry marketing team, increase customer awareness and drive excellence with customers relationship.
  • Define and plan the creamer sales organization according to multiple accounts development needs.
  • Distributor management, support distributors to fulfill annual target and develop non-KA customers.
  • Reporting and forecasting.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and skills

Competencies Required:
Self-motivation, independent in work
Ability to work with colleagues and supervisors as part of a team
Able to work under pressure
Good people skills.
Good time management skills
Over 50% of time is travelling.
 
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
College Degree or above
More than 10 years relative working experience
Price setting and margin management
Familiar with foodservice channel, especially tea chains
Team management experience.
Distributors management experience.
