About the role

  • This is a critical role primarily focusing on developing and fostering Kerry's Nutrition business growth in China. It will exposure to:
    • Key Account Management, Business Development and Change Management;
    • Develop new customer and maintain existing biz in nutrition and dairy segment;
    • Collaboration with EUM leads and functional dept. within Kerry China.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist commercial director to maintain existing biz and achieve yearly budget;
  • Develop new customer and new applications per evolving technologies;
  • Develop 1-2 new project per annum to support nutritional biz growth and achieve the margin budget;
  • Follow up key project in SFDC and prepare sample for customer;
  • Assist in site team, QA, Supply chain dept to deal with customer issues.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Nutrition/Food science or related majors;
  • At least 4 years working experience in multinational or leading domestic company, 2-3 years with solid sales record and any experience in infant nutrition or dairy product biz is preferred;
  • Good insight commercial sense in nutrition or dairy industry;
  • Excellent English skill in both speaking and writing;
  • Strong communication skill and willing to travel;
  • Team player & Dedication;
  • Result orientated;
  • Fast learner.
