Key responsibilities

• Screen and maintain panel (preliminary it’s an internal panel, might extended to an external panel as well when the need is there)
• Ensure sensory facility under well maintenance and up to the date.
• Run sensory tests to support RD&A development work, or Kerry product selling
• Provide sensory training to internal or external customers
• Visit customers to provide training, or trouble shooting or assist Kerry product selling
• Support plant QA to set up quality sensory in each plant
• Ensure all global or regional relevant policies and strategies well followed and implemented in Kerry China
• Develop new methodology to enhance Innovation capability or improve sensory quality or efficiency
• Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and skills

• Ability to handle multi-tasks
• Ability to quickly learn
• Be initiative
• Good planning skill
• Self-motivation
• Well trained sensory knowledge with minimum 8 years working experience in sensory area
• Bachelor or above in Food Science, Chemistry or related
• Good communication skill and business writing
