About the role
As the lead for Meat processor business in Kerry China, this role will drive the sales and margin growth across customers in all segment and channel.
Key responsibilities
Sales Achievement
• Build a successful business model with to mainly cover key processor accounts that effectively executes the meat processor business strategies
• Deliver sales growth and margin growth target for key accounts.
• build connections with key customers to support business growth with local processors, including domestic customers and oversea customers
• Develop new customers to be served directly as KA or to be served by distributors
• Ensure the monthly sales forecasting accuracy, AR collection on time and customer order OTIF with collaboration with customers and peer functions.
Strategy Setting
• Setting the Meat Processor EUM strategies, communicating the strategy to ensure team wide execution and correct targeting of customers and opportunities.
• Defining and prioritising segmentation and thresholds for customers and opportunities, in line with strategy with inputs from Channel, territory and Technology.
• Collaborated with cross function team for demand creation, customer support and business growth
• Identify gaps in the technology portfolio, in light of strategy, to inform innovation strategy and support M&A Beverage.
Opportunity Management
• Ensuring the quality of the opportunity pipeline, to ensure opportunities are aligned to the strategy
• Setting the strategic direction of the meat processor segment accounts managed by direct report team.
• Prioritize the use of the development & application resources for business and others demand in foodservice, to ensure strategic alignment, margin and capability to deliver.

- Proven strong negotiation skills and project management experience

- Experience in both distributor management and key account customers management
- Ability to work cross-functionally

- Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Able to work under high pressure
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 10-15 years of experience in the QSR or meat processor industry, with strong portfolio of Strategy thinking
- Deep insight of food service especially Savory
- Familiar with commercial methodology and tools
- Good business sense
- Strong negotiation skill
- Strong presentation skill
- Strong internal and external communication skill
