About the role

  • This is a critical role primarily focusing on brand marketing to foster Kerry's Brand business in China.
  • Exposure to business strategy, brand promotion etc.
  • A passion for motivating world class, high-performing teams.Manage marketing programmes in China

Key responsibilities

  • Brand image building & activation execution according to channel /customer needs with right ROI.
  • Identify the new opportunities in FS channel by new products, new application or new subchannel etc.
  • Lead, coordinate and executive of brand marketing plan.
  • Take lead of solution-based value-added Key account service project, including but not limited to insight, recipe development, customer communication plan to help customer drive consumption.
  • Recipe development by working closely with chef & sales team.
  • Optimize trade spending budget according to agreed marketing plan, business goal and activity plan.
  • Coordinate sales team and importers for promotion execution and brand activation event.
  • Contributes to the development of product/portfolio strategy including product position, new product development.
  • Define and own brand experience across all touch point of customers’ decision journey, create online and offline approach.

Qualifications and skills

  • University graduate.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer and trade promotion in Food industry.
  • Experience event of planning and execution.
  • Agency management.
  • Familiar with digital platform and tools management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity and execution skills.
  • Work independently and new idea generator.
  • Learning agility, desire and passion to drive your own path.
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels.
  • Good command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin.
  • Flexible of travel when required by business if necessary.
  • Positive thinking, cheerful outgoing personality.
