About the role

This is an opportunity opened for a marketing talent for AH&N (Applied Healthy & Nutrition) business at Kerry China. Kerry AH&N has a board range of nutritional ingredients including Proteins, Probiotics, Wellmume (yeast beta-gluten) etc. to help consumers to be well and stay well. This person will be an important business driver to lead the AH&N marketing initiatives targeting at supplement, FSMP market through teamwork with commercial and RD&A.

Key responsibilities

  • AH&N marketing expertise

To define proposition, selling points and consumer communications tonalities for Kerry AH&N with -depth product knowledge, comprehensive market understanding of Supplement and FSMP, industry and competitor landscape.

  • Kerry AH&N branding

Kerry AH&N brand awareness enhancement through annual communication plan build up and approach to online and offline platforms including Kerry official WeChat, food media, exhibition, and public speeches. He/she should ensure high-quality delivery on selling decks and digital contents.  

  • AH&N marketing initiatives

Lead the AH&N annual initiative plan in terms of identify new business opportunities with commercial, and work with RD&A to develop proper solutions that can fulfil market needs in multiples end-use-markets.

  • Reactive marketing efforts to NPD

Provide professional marketing innovation services for AH&N customers. Bring value to customers with the understanding of customers’ brands, the generation of market trends & consumer insights and the creative thinking of innovative concepts with Kerry AH&N solutions together with other technologies.

  • Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.

  • 3-5 years’ marketing experiences in food and beverage industry. B2B global account service experiences and nutrition background are more preferred.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Competencies Required:

  • Excellent capabilities in analysing market trends and data to generate ideas and concepts for customers by providing reason to believe in Kerry.

  • Self-motivated working spirit under high pressure with customer-oriented mindset.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong team spirit and project management skills in matrix organization.

  • This position will require business travel in Greater China.
