About the role

The Purchasing & Admin Officer will support the goals and programs established by the management team to continually improve through.

Key responsibilities


  • Support the Procurement Support & Admin Manager on all matters relating to purchasing and administrative function.
  • Involve in indirect purchases - sourcing, negotiating, issuing of Purchase Orders, monitoring delivery status of purchases, issuing GRN mainly indirect
  • Involve in packaging and raw material complaint workflow
  • Prepare monthly reports e.g. spend data, quality targets, non-conformances
  • Monitor stocks for pre-printed items 
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time. 


  • Co-ordinate all in-coming faxes.
  • Taking charge of all manuals kept in the library.
  • Provide secretarial duties to the Operations Director, Operations Manager and Senior Manager
  • Process, Project & Engineering.
  • Assist in hotel bookings, pick-up arrangement and other co-ordination as and when required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications and skills

  • Min Diploma in Business Admin from a recognized university.
  • Should have a minimum of three years working experience in purchasing in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Working experience with ISO 9001 Quality System is an advantage.
  • Able to organize and express ideas clearly in written documents.
