What this Role Is:


The Production Scheduler works closely with the leadership team to plan and schedule product runs.  This involves coordination of the raw materials, equipment and time lines available to meet customers demands for product effectively.  

What You'll Do:


  • Prepare production schedule based on demand forecasting
  • Maintain production schedule based on operations feedback
  • Create and maintain process orders in SAP for the plant
  • Develop supply strategies for critical raw materials used in manufacturing and ensure availability
  • Maintain factory calendar based on shut-down schedule
  • Coordinate with supply chain on demand change and incoming customer orders
  • Monthly network capacity planning to ensure supply plans are aligned with manufacturing and quality capabilities
  • Ensure S&OP review for Seattle
  • Support multiple supply chain projects associated with the set-up and product launch and life-cycle management activities
  • Weekly PSI review to ensure products are replenished at DC.
  • Managing co-manufacturer process and products
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed:


The Ability to:

  • Analyze and an estimate of the impact of your production plan
  • Quickly find your way in complex production planning
  • Be adaptive and set the right priorities
  • Utilize strong computer skills in MS Office tools, especially proficient in Excel
  • Understand of ERP system/s
  • Utilize multiple software including SAP ECC and/or APO
  • Demonstrate and apply experience in people management
