Where you'll work:

Liquid Beverage - Kerry Seattle is a 72,000 sqft facility with about 90 full time employees located in the southern end of Seattle proper. Originally DaVinci Gourmet, the facility was acquired by Kerry in 2003.

 

Kerry Seattle’s sauce line incorporates a number of different sauces such as Premium Chocolate, Caramel, White Chocolate, Pumpkin Pie and many more. Kerry Seattle also supports many local and national restaurant and food service chains.

What you'll do:

The Maintenance Manager is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the maintenance function, with at least 8-10 direct reports, across all shifts and report to the Director of Manufacturing.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the work of the maintenance staff, as well as outside contractors.  This person will manage, supervise and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the site and provide leadership and direction as necessary to sustain company growth, establish procedures for maintaining high standards, product quality, reliability and safety. He/she will promote quality improvement efforts, and evaluate and develop improved techniques while maintaining an exemplary safety record.  Duties include ensuring the completion of work orders, and initiating preventative maintenance, diagnose issues and make repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and HVAC system.

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ total years experience in maintenance engineering field in a manufacturing environment, including 5+ years maintenance management experience
  • Proven experience in project management execution, budget planning and managing as well as experience with TPM and/or Lean initiatives
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs preferred
