What the Role Is


Blender/Filler Operators follow "recipes" to ensure the customers receive the ideal liquid ingredients to meet their needs. It is critical to success that all governmental and Kerry processes and policies are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role are leaders for other employees. They: 

  • Complete required training within deadlines
  • Embrace and practice safe work habits, Kerry policies and procedures
  • Participate in Kerry continuous improvement practices, development and implementation initiatives
  • Support new-employee learning & development and cross-training initiatives

What You'll Do


Production and Operations Team Members:

  • Attend and participate in daily pre-shift huddles on time
  • Receive and hand-off shift information with peers, ensuring all information is communicated properly
  • Retrieve all necessary set up/start up information/specifications/guidelines
  • Retrieve all necessary materials to perform tasks referring to Manufacturing Work Order
  • Follow FIFO for all materials needed according to the Manufacturing Work Order
  • Verify Item/Material and Lot numbers to be used according to the Manufacturing Work Order
  • Complete all equipment changeover/set-up processes minimizing equipment downtime and meeting or exceeding set-up standard requirements
  • Maintain a high level of GMP's, SOP's,Quality, Food Safety, Housekeeping, Sanitation and Hygienic Zoning requirements throughout the facility and those specific to assigned tasks and job duties
  • Ensure all required quality data is properly recorded and legibly documented
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and Quality of the product, processes or quality systems
  • Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected

What You'll Need


  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Demonstrate communication, organization, and listening skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, neatness, and follow through.
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks. 
  • Computer literate.
