About the role
Reporting into the Senior Account Manager Ecommerce - Brands for North America, the Associate Account Manager Ecommerce will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Kerry brands presence on a major Ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer experience. This role will oversee order management, merchandising, product listings, and content updates while ensuring product accuracy across a major Ecommerce platform. . The Associate Account Manager will execute promotional campaigns, coordinate product launches, and collaborate closely with Digital Marketing teams to align on strategic efforts.
Key responsibilities
Operational Support/ Ecommerce Strategy (30%)
- Collaborate with Kerry Customer Care team and a large Ecommerce partner to identify breakdowns in data that lead to errors in ordering (IPIP discrepancies, pricing discrepancies, PO weights, etc.)
- Work with Supply Chain teams to update product availabilities within our e-commerce partner’s vendor portal based on current inventory levels and production capacities.
- Liaise with key stakeholders on the Kerry transportation team to assist in issues that may arise with carriers/order fulfillment.
- Recommend, develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive growth across ecommerce platforms in close collaboration with digital partners.
- Assist in Agency + AVS partnership management.
Platform, Product, and Merchandising Management (30%)
- Collaborate with Digital Shelf and Performance Marketing team to deliver merchandising strategy implementation, including product categorization, content updates, and optimization/upkeep of product pages/brand store.
- Promotions and Content Management (25%)
- Collaborate with Digital Shelf specialist to execute shopping guides and merchandising packages in accordance with the 52 week marketing calendar.
- Support in promotional campaigns, including Exclusive Discounts, Coupons, and other promotional tools to drive sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting (15%)
- Analyze metrics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports on product rankings, sales, and account health.
Qualifications and skills
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience
- Strong understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and marketplace dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Profitero DSA, Junglescout Cobalt, or similar is a plus.
- A self-starter who is comfortable moving in a fast-paced environment
- An effective communicator who can clearly articulate areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft Excel
The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906.00 to $92,755.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
