Where you'll work:

Our Savannah, GA location is part of our liquid beverage business unit, and creates several different flavor profiles and recipes for Kerry customers and products. This site is currently undergoing extensive changes with continuous improvement projects and plans to be the leader in streamling how we do things across Kerry!.

What you'll do:

The Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You’ll oversee the production team, with up to 20 direct reports and develop a quality team that provides flavor enhancement products for our customers. The Production Supervisor role directs and coordinates all the activities necessary for production of these products. This role is 3rd shift.

You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

•High School diploma or equivalent
•College degree in applicable field of study is preferred, but we will consider relevant work experience
•3-5 years minimum of demonstrated success in developing, driving, and implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives and accountability programs in a plant manufacturing or distrubution center enviornment
•Experience tracking, monitoring and reporting on KPI's focused around safety, quality, labor costs, waste, yield, etc.
•Proven ability to develop and retain top talent, drive process improvement while adhering to budget
•Proven ability to lead with the following key strengths: Critical Thinking, Continuous Cost Focus, Technical Expertise, Influence and Delivery of Sustainable Results
