About the role
This role involves collaboration and coordination across business units and functions to deliver timely and accurate analysis on our cost savings initiatives (PIPs). The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
Key responsibilities
• Establish partnerships with key stakeholders such as Procurement and RD&A
• Actively communicate and collaborate
• Employ flexible communication methods (verbal vs written) based on audience
• Responsible for timely and accurate maintenance, support, tracking and results reporting
• Ensure project inputs are available and complete
• Attend status update workshops and related working sessions
• Apply statistical concepts, calculate key metrics and validate results
• Accurately interpret and properly implement savings initiatives policies and guidelines
• Model various situations with stakeholders to understand and resolve issues
• Identify key data points within documentation and analysis
• Challenge inputs or results that fall outside standard business rules
• Manage efficient and timely savings tracking within ERPs and other reporting systems
• Regularly update all systems with achieved savings
• Establish consistent status reporting to various audiences
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor´s degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance or related area
• 1 or more years of professional experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (MS Project desirable)
• Proficiency working with ERP systems, BI systems, and CRM systems
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
• Strong attention to detail and able to maintain a high level of data integrity
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across various functions
