About the role

Key Operations Finance role in the Sub-region, reporting to LATAM Operations Finance Director and supporting Sub-Region Middle Office functions as follow:

Key responsibilities

General:

* Lead Middle Office budget process accross the Sub-region.
* Ensure business strategy alignment through Middle Office function.
* Leverage performance throught the Middle Office leading KPIs.
* Lead cost control in all Middle Office levels ensuring spends aligned to the targets and forecast accuracy.
* Sponsor the Kerry Excel Program through the Sub-region encouraging all stakeholders to leverage business competitiveness.
* Support the Sub-region strategic planning process in Middle Office.
* Close communication with Sub-region Commercial Finance Lead and Pricing team positivelly participating in portifolio strategic decisions.

 

Manufacturing:
* Ensure performance maximization through the manufacturing KPIs follow up and leverage results.
* Sponsor the Product Costing process at Sub-region level.
* Support and encouraging manufacturing leadership on competitiveness improvement through Kerry Excel Program.
* Ensure business strategy alignment with plant Operations Finance team.

 

Supply Chain:
* Working Capital: support Supply Chain lead encouraging the best governance in inventory levels ensuring commitment to targets and forecasting.
* Inventory Management: protagonism in inventory losses reductions through a correct inventory follow up.
* Compliance: Ensure inventory policies are being correctly followed.

 

Capital:
* Capex budget: ensure budget timelines and Capital projects aligned to business strategy.
* Ensure projects submission on time and with the required data.
* Control: ensure Capital spends according to projects proposal and Capital policies.
* Responsible for the Sub-region assets control.
* Lead the Post Capex Review process in the Sub-region.

 

Procurement:
* Support Procurement team on identify opportunities in Raw materials and indirect spends negotiation.

 

Quality:
* Continously encouraging on Non-Quality Cost optimization.

Qualifications and skills

*Strong experience in leadership positions in a manufacturing organisation with exposure to Finance and Operations 
*Leading KPIs and Performance Management

*Advanced English

*Presentation skills
*Team development
