About the role

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in the QHSE Due Dilligence Process within the M&A Project Teams
  • Rise and follow up of QHSE related closing conditions in the M&A Projects
  • Provide support to LATAM Food Safety Manager and HSE Manager, as well as the QHSE Director, for the final QHSE Sign Off in the M&A Projects.
  • Define the QHSE Integration QHSE Strategy and Plan in the new acquired company/plant, being part of the Multidisciplinary Integration team, in order to implement (Gap Analysis and PDCA procesos) in a priority and logical way to implement:
    • Safety First - Quality Always culture
    • Kerry Key QHSE Policies
    • Kerry Global Supply Chain Standard
    • Kerry Global Manufacturing Standard
    • GFSI Certification, as required by Kerry
    • QHSE in NPI process
    • Customer Complaints Management
    • Environmental Pathogens Monitory and Hygienic Zoning
    • HACCP
    • Foreign Material Control
    • Allergens Management
    • Crisis Managemnt
    • QHSE KPI reporting
    • QHSE Legal compliance (both for operative licences and labels)
    • Suppliers
    • Distribution chain
    • SAP QM & Intelex

Qualifications and skills

  • Food Sience related Bachelor degree (Required)
  • Master/Speciality in Quality, Food Safety, H&S, Productivity or Managment (desirable)
  • Leadership in cross functional and matrixial teams.
  • Culture chager / Influencer, high communication and trainer skills
  • Empathic and opend mided to different cutlural (both organizational and national context)
  • Fluent English (required), 50% Portuguese (desireable)
  • SAP and INTELEX skilled (ideal)
  • Clarity of propouse, analitic capacity
  • Advanced knowledge in HACCP, Food Microbiology, Allergens, GFSI Standards, Hygienic Design, Cleaning and Sanitation, Pest Control; Risk Analysis 
  • Passport and American Visa in rule, required.
