About the role

The Marketing Manager is a key function for leading the strategic plans development, facilitating their activation, providing marketing intelligence and developing people (within the marketing career framework), focusing on drive New business for Food EUMs in Mexico.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales, RD&A and EUM teams, to develop marketing strategy, implement and follow up marketing plans for the sub region, transforming Kerry capabilities into Unique Value Propositions for the market.
  • Provides short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Enabling Sales & RD&A teams to meet commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate marketing tools (ex: Collection, Snacks Solutions), that allow commercial teams make better decisions and winning business faster.
  • Maintains relations with specific customer and defining with key stakeholders, attendance at trade associations, and seminars.
  • Ensure proper marketing career framework development for teams, training, workloads adjustments, schedules and deadlines
Qualifications and skills
  • Minimum BS Marketing (desirable) / Business / with 5-10 years of relevant and progressive experience. (Food & Beverage B2B marketing experience preferred)
  • High Analytical and synthetize skills.
  • Customer focus and strategy. (Strategic planning experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Dynamic presentation skills
  • Excellent team and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally (matrix organization) at all levels of the organization, engaging with internal teammates towards company goals
