About the role

The Marketing Research Coordinator is responsible for leading effective Market Research Projects that integrate Kerry products, technologies and related capabilities with consumer and market-driven insights.

Collaborating with key Kerry departments and acting as the conduit for deliverables with assigned projects and platform initiatives including Sales, Sensory, RD&A & Marketing Communications, fueling business growth for the Savory Snacks categories.

Key responsibilities

Provide Comprehensive Market Insights by:

Collecting & Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data** to identify relevant market challenges and business opportunities for our customers, throughout Kerry technologies, delivering Market and Consumer Insights for Savory Snacks and Baked Goods categories.

Delivering Market intelligence: Analysis of market performance, competitors, and prices. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends.

Lead new concepts developments, aligned to uncovered market and consumer insights opportunities, driving sustainable new businesses, by transforming Kerry capabilities, into customized value propositions for our customers.

Coordinating with Sales and RD&A leads to develop and deliver high quality, trend and actionable insight-driven presentations and events, including trends presentations, technology presentations and customer engagement activities.

Working with Sales, RD&A and EUM leads to develop and execute strategies / tactics for Savory Snacks and Baked Goods categories, to integrate Kerry technologies into account plans, developing market insights and creating communication vehicles.

** Using analytic/research tools like; focus groups, Mintel, Euromonitor, Datamonitor, consumers demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.

Qualifications and skills

Minimum BS Marketing/ Business

3-5 years of relevant and progressive experience. (Food & Beverage B2B marketing experience)

High Analytical and synthetize skills.

Customer focus and Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Dynamic presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally (matrix organization) at all levels of the organization, engaging with internal teammates towards company goals
