About the role

Support the company's growth strategy through M&A, by analyzing and developing new opportunities in the different markets of Latin America.
 

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial analysis.
• Perform company valuations and prepare standard M&A documents.
• Identify business opportunities with existing and potential targets.
• Support the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist in managing the merger and acquisition process.
• Perform financial projections and modeling.

Qualifications and skills

• Experience in financial analysis and proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements.
• Availability to travel.
• Advance English language profiency.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to manage databases.
• Customer and quality orientation, with learning agility and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguities, with project management experience (desirable).
