Where You'll Work:

Our Rothschild, WI, is a pharmaceutical grade lactose plant that reports into our Applied Health & Nutrition division and is responsible for producing lactose powders for Kerry customers and brand. We are fast paced, never dull moment manufacturing facility with culture of accountability and teamwork.  We are also committed to supporting our local community and we have rich history and ties to the Rothschild community. What You'll Do:

The logistics coordinator will attain all shipping documents including but not limited to COA, BOL, Picklist, and SDS. The Position will be responsible for scheduling & arranging pickups with 3rd party logistics (3PL) warehouses and insuring customer order shipping instructions are followed. We're looking for someone who is a team player and has great communication skills to be able to interact on a professional level with co-workers, customers and 3rd party providers.

In this role, you'll grow your knowledge and experience with the following daily responsibilities:

  • Prepare all documentation (export, SDS, BOL, COA, Picklist, HazMat, etc), and generate ordered material pick lists. 
  • Receive delivery schedule, monitor shipments, and issue late order alerts.
  • When required, arrange inbound & outbound shipments with 3PL Warehouse providers.
  • Track shipments as required (including overseas).
  • Prepare address labels.
  • Assist on investigation and elimination of customer complaints.
  • Work closely with 3PL Warehouses to insure customer shipping instructions are followed before orders are shipped.
  • Participates in Physical Inventory Counts.
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
  • 5 years relevant work experience.
