Where you'll work:

Our Rothschild, WI location is part of our Functional Ingredients and Actives division and is responsible for our biopharmaceutical needs for Kerry customers and brands. This site is one of two that works with specialized lactose protein within the Kerry organization! People may not realize we're more than just great taste when it comes to food and beverage products - we truly are committed to nutrition and sciences as well!

 

What you'll do:

The rotating day shift Production Supervisor is fundamental to our team. You’ll be overseeing the production function, with at least 18 direct reports. This is key to our success, and so are you.

You’ll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. This role also requires attention to detail while completing daily tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to ensure proper dating, labeling, and packaging.

 

What you'll need to be successful and safe:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering degree background preferred 
  • 2 plus years Continuous Improvement project management experience specifically GEMBA and Kaizan is required.
  • Are you able to work on a rotating day shift schedule and average between 40 to 50 hours per week?
  • Is your passion leading team members to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner?  If you have at least 3 years leading a production team, then we need you!
  • Do you have a "go getter" mentality and an entrepreneurial drive? Great we want to speak to you!
