About the Role

Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will manage the day to day operations of the production team and production schedule. Key responsibilities include:


Key Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation and completion of the Daily Production Report.
  • Accurate tracking of downtime.
  • Work with shift supervision to track down manufacturing order packet errors before releasing to Finance.
  • Responsible for checking completed process order prior to TECO-ing in SAP.
  • Check Process order to ensure variances are inline within defined tolerances.
  • Back Up Inventory Control (Cycle Counting)
  • Support environmental tracking.
  • Attendance tracking
  • Positive working environment driving a continuous improvement theme.
  • Work in collaboration with HSE officer to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Responsible for minimizing losses.
  • Ensure food safety programs are instituted and followed.
  • Support manufacturing department with administration of programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

Key competencies:

  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HACCP/Food Safety experience a plus.
  • SAP Experience preferred



  • Associates Degree in Business or Related Field or equivalent experience.


  • 2-5 years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
