Where you'll work:

Our Rothschild, WI location is part of our Applied Health and Nutrition division and is responsible for our biopharmaceutical needs for Kerry customers and brands. This site is one of two that works with specialized lactose protein within the Kerry organization! People may not realize we're more than just great taste when it comes to food and beverage products - we truly are committed to nutrition and sciences as well!

This role is offered 2nd shift 2pm - 10pm M-F, rotating on call weekends.

28.04/hr + .65 cents Shift Diff

What you'll do:

You’ll work with the Maintenance team to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and installation, fulfillment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs in a timely fashion. You’ll follow good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations. Important areas of operations you’ll work on (but are not limited to):

•Clean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery

•Install and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic steam, pneumatic equipment

•Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipment

•Building maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep

What you'll need to be successful and safe:

•Certification of Vocational School, Journeyman card in E&I or Millwright, Associates degree in Industrial Technology is required.

•2-5 years' experience in manufacturing (with education) or 6-10 years in maintenance related position (without education) preferred.

•Possess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all of the following: ◦Stainless Steel Welding/Fabrication

◦Ability to be or become or is a Sanitary Certified welder. (Outside certification)

◦Piping systems

◦Electricity

◦PLC’s (Programmable logic controllers) – a plus

◦Process control instrumentation

◦HVAC systems

◦Process equipment

◦Personal Computing
