Where you'll work:

At our Rochester, MN facility we are part of the Applied Health and Nutrition division and we make fermented dry powders for breads and hot dogs.  If you’re looking to build a career in manufacturing with a team you can have some fun with, we might be the team for you. We are looking for someone to help us keep things running!

 

We have an immediate opening for a Overnight shift. The schedule is 4:15a-4:45p on a 2/3/2 schedule.

What you'll do:

As an overnight boiler operator, you’re our go-to person for utilities maintenance. When you’re on the job, you can expect:

 

  • A to-do list that includes projects like Boiler maintenance, piping system installation, air dyer systems, monitor waste water and troubleshoot unforeseen refrigeration and boiler maintenance repairs in a timely fashion.
  • Safety to be our number one priority. You’ll learn our manufacturing standards and make sure that everyone leaves as they come to work each day.
  • A team you can rely on. We trust each other to show up every day, on time and to help each other when needed.  We also participate in several festivals and help local charities together.
     
    What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 2+ years as a Boiler Operator experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment & food/beverage experience is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED is required; associated degree in relevant field preferred
  • Possess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all of the following:
    • Refrigeration systems
    • Ammonia Systems
    • Air Dryer Systems
    • Air Compression systems
