Key responsibilities

To set up and manage Talent and Leadership Assessment projects in the Talent Hub (launch assessments, report/track progress, download/distribute candidate reports).

•  To learn and understand the talent assessment matrix knowing what assessments are used for what situations and for which employee levels

•  To provide feedback and development reports to early career talent

Annual Talent Review

•  To produce insight reports on key metrics at the end of the process.

•  To prepare presentations and other communications documents as necessary, to communicate talent outcomes and insights.

•  To support the COE & HRBP’s on the management of Talent Pools, supporting preparation for quarterly review meetings

Early Careers

•  To set up and deliver training to Kerry ambassadors attending career fairs to attract graduates to Kerry

•  To set up and deliver training to assessors working on graduate assessment centers

•  To attend, facilitate and sometimes act as an assessor at assessment centers

•  To provide reports containing output of survey results relating to the graduate programme to the COE i.e. Graduate Programme Manager

•  To facilitate onboarding training to graduates joining the global graduate programme & to their people managers (virtual delivery conducted for each region)

•  To deliver mentor training to Graduate mentors and buddys.

•  To produce materials e.g. invitations, project plans, timelines & high level communications material

Talent Development

•  To support the design, development, rollout and delivery of talent and learning solutions e.g. Talent Development, Career Development & Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging activity

•  To support the maintenance of career frameworks and upskilling employees and people leaders on using them as part of career development

•  To produce quarterly and annual updates on Talent Pools, make up, progress updates and KPI’s

Talent Analytics

•  To adjust and produce quarterly and annual dashboards, which provide updates on progress against KPI’s for key processes e.g. Talent, Succession Management & Diversity

Learning Admin/Technology

•  Overseeing the successful execution of processes by both Learning Administrators and Learning Technologists

•  Acting as an escalation point for any issues related to processes or systems which cannot be resolved by Learning Administrators and Learning Technologists.

•  System administration, Implement proposed system configuration changes

•  Act as single point of contact with ICT to investigate issues with the configuration and operation of myLearning

•  Participate in the review and approval of all proposed system changes (due to system fixes or system upgrades)

•  Maintain library of third-party courses as these course libraries are updated

•   Monitor the accuracy of myLearning reporting and escalate issues to team responsible

•  Oversee project management of all content creation projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to required quality

 

To project manage and review the work of TD & Learning team members. Ensure SLA’s and timelines are being met and multiple project deliverables are being delivered according to plan

To supervise, coach and guide the learning and talent team. Upskill team members, rotate roles for development purposes and support the career development aspirations of team members.

Qualifications and skills

Service Delivery 
•    Ability to collect, analyse, evaluate and prepare learning insights. 
•    Facilitation, training delivery and evaluation of various programmes •    Ability to manage multiple tight deadlines; project management skills desirable
•    Self-starter with a proactive customer service focus;
•    Strong attention to detail;
•    Mentoring/coaching skills
•    Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills 

 

Technology Enablement 
•    Advanced use of MS office including Power BI
•    Knowledge of working with HR software platforms e.g. Success Factors, Workday •    Previous experience with HR case management system (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce) desirable

•    Must be self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a positive approach; •    Able to work effectively as part of a high performing team as well as independently

•    High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.

•    5+ years’ experience in HR and Talent advisory/ specialist, learning and development roles
•    Psychology/business psychology degree 
•    Facilitation, training delivery and evaluation experience •    Thorough knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Success Factors), and an excellent understanding of processes and best practices for implementing instructional design in a learning management system.
•    Previous experience as a manager desirable
