About the role

The role of a Learning Executive in the Tier 1 TD & Learning of the Global Business Centre involves ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all Learning Admin processes. This includes managing queries from any training in the LMS, collaborating with other executives to deliver best practices, and providing an excellent employee experience. Additionally, the Learning Executive is responsible for executing digital communication related to learning, setting up live classes, managing enrollments, and recording attendance, management of third-party learning providers, and execution of data governance, compliance, and reporting across all learning systems.

Key responsibilities

Promptly resolve queries from HR and from employees related to their use of Learning systems and processes                
Set up live classes, manage enrolments and record attendance at live classes            
Manage learning programs (e.g. orientation, learning journeys) through system set-up, notifications, activity monitoring and reporting                
Execute overall data governance, compliance and reporting across all learning systems in line with business metrics       
 Ensuring high quality collaboration with all other executives, including cross functionally, to ensure best practice, aligned and consistent services are delivered as well as provide the best possible employee experience            
Execute learning-related digital communication with targeted individual- and bulk- notifications to employees through email and other digital communication channels       
Manage the set-up and ongoing maintenance of third-party learning providers, including processing of payments to these vendors    
 

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR, psicology, engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education
1 year of relevant work experience in HR
