About the role

As a Rewards & Benefit Analyst you will work with a team for analyzing and implement new benefits and rewards processes.

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Participate on Market Surveys  (submiting & Analizing)
  2. Leading international projects, with several countries. 
  3. Experience Job evaluations, Benchmarking, Salary tabulators
  4. Experience in M&E Integration of new countries in new mergers and acquisitions projects. Policies, processes, costing.
  5. Experience in international regulatory issues regarding benefits, compliance, as each country has different ways of regulating 
  6. Support the implementation of new or existing compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, policies, and processes in collaboration with the business, local, and Global Total   
  7. Support in annual merit compensation process 
  8. Work collaboratively with COEs to follow up the Rewards Philosophy .    
  9. Monitoring the market in terms of benefits, understand the market trend and ensure that we are competitive.
  10.  Form solid working relationships within Kerry, leveraging communication technologies and tools, and developing thorough knowledge of the business and HR Rewards policies and procedures.
  11. Utilize Continuous Excellence tools to deliver effective cost savings and provide efficient solution driven resources for key stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as applicable.

Qualifications and skills

4-5 years of Rewards and Benefits experience.

Bachelor degree in Admin, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

Intermediate Portuguese (desirable)

Self-directed, able to work independently.

-Familiar with project management. -

Ability to communicate with people at different levels. -

Communicates with stakeholders using company language and provides regular status updates to ensure "no surprises", relatable. 

-Recovers quickly from changes, mistakes or failures and is able to move on, used to matrix work. -

Flexibility to be able to handle other countries. -

Adapts constructively and resourcefully to changing needs, conditions, priorities or opportunities.

-Good multi-tasking skills.

Preferably coming from a Shared Services Center (desirable).
