About the role

•Provide comprehensive and effective HR Rewards support, with a strong emphasis on benefits and compensation administration Provide comprehensive and effective HR Rewards support, with a strong emphasis on benefits and compensation administration.

•Assists with handling multiple employee and/or manager Rewards issues or concerns as escalated from Tier 1 GBS. Escalate to COE or HRBP as required. •Administer applicable Kerry HR and Reward programs.

•Manage and administer leave of absence programs as applicable for (insert Regions here)

•Administer and manage applicable pension and retirement programs for (insert Regions here).

•Form solid working relationships within Kerry, leveraging communication technologies and tools, and developing thorough knowledge of the business and HR Rewards policies and procedures. Partner with HRDs, HRBPs, HR Managers and COEs to maintain an effective Rewards strategy execution.

Qualifications

  • Desirable Portuguese 
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, administration, accounting or similar.
  • High level of English
  • Desirable that the person also speaks Portuguese.

  • Familiar with project management.
  • Ability to communicate with people at different levels.
  • Communicates with stakeholders using company language and provides regular status updates to ensure "no surprises", relatable.
  • Good frustration management.
  • Recovers quickly from changes, mistakes or failures and is able to move on, used to matrix work.
  • Flexibility to be able to handle other countries.
  • Adapts constructively and resourcefully to changing needs, conditions, priorities or opportunities.
  • Good multi-tasking skills.

Skills

  • 4-5 years of Rewards and Benefits experience
  • Market Surveys
  • Experience in international projects, with several countries.
  • Preferably coming from a Shared Services Center.
  • Job evaluations
  • Benchmarking
  • Salary tabulators
  • Integration of new countries in new mergers and acquisitions projects. Policies, processes, costing.
  • Experience in international regulatory issues regarding benefits, compliance, as each country has different ways of regulating these concepts in terms of employee management.
  • Industrial Relations experience preferred
  • Advanced use of MS office. Advanced level of excel
  • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite would be a significant advantage.
