Key responsibilities

Administer and manage leave of absence programs and audits for United States and Canada, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Be the second point of escalation to provide guidance and support to employees and managers on LOA-related queries and issues.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and other stakeholders to ensure effective LOA administration. - Escalate major issues or concerns to COEs or HRBPs as required.
- Support in administering applicable Kerry HR and Reward programs, including benefits, compensation plans, and recognition programs.
- Form solid working relationships within Kerry, leveraging communication technologies and tools, and developing thorough knowledge of the business and HR Rewards policies and procedures.
- Utilize Continuous Excellence tools to deliver effective cost savings and provide efficient solution-driven resources for key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as applicable.
- Partner with HRDs, HRBPs, HR Managers, and COEs to maintain an effective Rewards strategy execution.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Rewards, with a focus on LOA administration. Strong knowledge of LOA policies, procedures, and legal requirements for USA and Canada.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a global or multinational company.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and other HR service delivery tools.
Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
