Key responsibilities

As a T2 Benefits Specialist Key responsibilities will include:

1.  Provide comprehensive and effective HR Rewards support, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration.

2.  Assists with handling multiple employee and/or manager Rewards issues or concerns as escalated from Tier 1 GBS.

3.  Escalate mayor level issues or concerns to COE or HRBP as required.

4.  Administer applicable Kerry HR and Reward programs, (e.g., car program, scholarship program, benefit plans, and recognition programs, Medical & Life Insurance, annual Benefits renewal).

5.  Manage and administer leave of absence programs as applicable for Latam

6.  Administer employee lifecycle reward processes (e.g., new hire, life event, and terminations).

7.  Administer and manage applicable pension and retirement programs for Latam

8.  Form solid working relationships within Kerry, leveraging communication technologies and tools, and developing thorough knowledge of the business and HR Rewards policies and procedures.

9.  Utilize Continuous Excellence tools to deliver effective cost savings and provide efficient solution driven resources for key stakeholders.

10.  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as applicable.

11.  Partner with HRDs, HRBPs, HR Managers and COEs to maintain an effective Rewards strategy execution

12.   Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications and skills

(Desirable >3 years of experience in Rewards)

Conocimiento:
-Benefits for Brazil (knowledge in Compensation and other Latam countries is desirable)
-Administration of Medical & Life Insurance -Benefits invoices administration
-Vendors Management (negotiating is not mandatory) 
-Annual renewal of benefits (Data insights & Validations)
-Process documentation management (SOPs, Work Instructions)
-Benefits Policies update
-New Benefits implementation
-Benefits communication campaign
-Salary increase calculations according to Union agreements (“Dissidio” in Brazil)
-Facilitate trainings on new/updated benefits to another steakholders and edmployees
-Participation in Benefit surveys.
-Data analysis on benefit use trending
-Annual budget submission
-Desirable knowledge in Administration of Company Cars (selling, purchase, changes)
-Project management
