About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior People Data & Analytics Analyst to join our global People Analytics team. This role will be critical in driving data governance, global reporting automation, and advanced workforce analytics for HR stakeholders across regions.

The ideal candidate has solid expertise in multinational environments, particularly in HR systems, data management operations, self-service analytics solutions and automation processes. You will act as a global data governance ambassador, mentor analysts across global hubs, and support key compliance and transformation programes (e.g., CSRD, data quality, automation frameworks, and AI enablement).

You will play a key role in translating complex business questions into structured insights and scalable solutions, bringing a balance of strategic thinking and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

•  Lead the design and implementation of data governance policies and best practices across global SAP SuccessFactors environments

•  Architect and oversee data validation, quality measurement, and mass upload processes using structured templates and automation tools

•  Develop scalable dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors Stories, Canvas, and Table modules

•  Drive process automation initiatives through scripting (Python, Power Automate, APIs), enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual effort

•  Collaborate with HRIS, Global Business Services, and business leaders to translate data needs into sustainable tools and visualisations

•  Act as a regional and global field owner for high-impact datasets tied to CSRD reporting and other regulatory/compliance mandates

•  Coach analysts on data integrity, governance frameworks, and cross-functional project delivery

•  Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by proactively identifying and addressing data risks, inefficiencies, and insights gaps

Qualifications and skills

•  5–7+ years of experience in HR data management, people analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise data governance

•  Experience working in large, matrixed multinational companies with exposure to global HR systems and reporting practices

•  Deep working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), particularly in mass uploads, data flow logic, and configuration dependencies

•  Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, embedded reporting) and SAP SuccessFactors analytics suite (Stories, Canvas, Tables)

•  Strong background in automation scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Automate, macros) for process optimisation

•  Proven ability to lead cross-regional data initiatives and influence through collaboration—not hierarchy
