About the role

As HR Data & Content Analyst, you will be part of a team of highly skilled analysts responsible for consulting with and providing support to the HR function and business leaders globally on the gathering and utilisation of employee data throughout the employee lifecycle. You will also manage HR content/knowledge to enable and support self-service for employees and managers on queries throughout the lifecycle processes. 

Key responsibilities

•    Manage a busy service request queue, resolving HR data & content related requests within agreed service levels, managing escalations where required in line with the GBS escalation process
•    Process mass data imports & changes in a range of systems & modules but predominatly SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time-off (including mass hires, acquisitions, mass pay changes, divestment, terminations, time-off quotas, etc.)
•    Ensure the continued quality & integrity of data by performing regular data audits and reconciliations •    Collaborate with Employee Experience service delivery teams globally to ensure any changes are accurately processed & reflected across all platforms & systems including payroll.
•    Collaborate with managers, COEs & HR business partners to support data cleansing activities ensuring all relevant data is available and acurate to enable annual people processes (e.g. goal setting, performance reviews, compensation planning, variable pay, etc.)
•    Support administration of role-based permissions
•    Create & maintain automated SuccessFactors workflows, alerts & notifications
•    Actively collaborate with HRIS team to investigate and resolve interface errors between SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules & systems
•    Provide guidance & support provision of training to end-users and key stakeholders on HR data related policies and processes 
•    Continuouly improve ways of working looking for opportunities to remove manual data input and/or extracts
•    Support administration of HR knowledge base 
•    Provide analysis of content usage and end-user feedback
•    Engage with the relevant content owners to flag and facilitate resolution of content related issues

•    Other duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications and skills

Language and communication     

•    High level of English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.

•    Ability to breakdown & translate complex content into simple, informative & engaging document

•    Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.

•    Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language desirable

 

Qualifications/ Experience    

•    Bachelor's degree 

•    Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a large multi-national organisation

•    Previous experience in an HR role highly desirable
