About the role
As an Employee Relations Executive in the Tier 1 Employee and Manager Support Section of the Global Business Centre, you will play a key role in ensuring administration underpinning all Employee Relations processes is completed accurately and on time and manage all tier 1 queries through to resolution or escalation.

Key Individual Accountabilities
Providing advice and support to our Employees and People Managers on all basic Employee Relations process queries that come into the Kerry GBS "
Identifying and escalating to the Sr. Specialists, those cases that are sensitive or complex or could carry with them extra risk or exposure to the business
Support the formal case cycle and help to coordinate the case management process using the required technology and methods of communication.
Assist in the co-ordination and delivery of training and development to People Managers to coach and upskill them, enabling them to appropriately manage and develop their people and build high performing teams that deliver
Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, raising issues for follow up with the HR Advisor and People Managers where appropriate.
Completing regular and ad-hoc report requests.
Ensuring a positive experience for all Employees and People Managers, even when processes and situations are challenging ones, by maintaining respect for individuals and delivering excellent customer service at all times
Ensuring all Tier 0 (self-service) information and guidance is up to date, relevant and accessible to all Employees and People Managers, by making legislative and statutory updates to existing Knowledge base articles as and when requested
Providing administrative support and assistance to Employee Relations Specialists, our COE partners and HR Business Partners
Key Shared Accountabilities
Manage all requests raised to the section through ServiceNow ensuring SLA’s are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner and escalating when required.
Maintaining electronic filing of all Employee Relations documentation in line with GDPR and Global data protection legislation, ensuring that folders are kept as streamlined as possible – regularly deleting and archiving information
Proactively lead / support a variety of projects which support Kerry GBS’s Continuous Excellence agenda.
