About the role

As an Onboarding specialist , you will play a key role attending the LATAM region, ensuring the administration that underpins all the Onboarding process for new hires in the region ensuring is completed accurately leading 6 team members.

Key responsibilities

 Ensure the continued quality & integrity of data by performing regular data audits and reconciliations
•  Provide guidance & support provision of training to end-users and key stakeholders on HR data related policies and processes
•  Continuously improve ways of working looking for opportunities to remove manual data input and/or extracts
•  Provide analysis of content usage and end-user feedback
•  Engage with the relevant content owners to flag and facilitate resolution of content related issues
-Maintaining employees’ information on MySuccess and associated HR systems ensuring it is up to date,
accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance and Kerry standards.
-Ensuring SLAs are met and attending scalations.
-Efficient reporting and analytical skills to work proactively to run reports to provide HR insights to the business.

Qualifications and skills

  • Highly organized, with a demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality work trough his/her team.
  • Proven ability to work with large data sets effectively and efficiently, as well as interpret and synthesize large volumes of data with clarity in a concise and well-presented format
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, process oriented
  • Experience of working in a multi-national, multi-lingual and culturally diverse environment, both locally and remotely serviced
  • Customer focus
  • Portuguese & English advanced
