About the role
This position will be a part of the TA Admin Team within Onboarding. It will provide assistance with preboarding and onboarding queries, elaborate offer letters for hires and promotions, and assist with the Early Careers program for NAMER.
Key responsibilities
Role Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required: This role will support the USA and Canada region with the preboarding and onboarding operation. As part of the key responsibilities, this role will:
- Assist candidates throughout the preboarding process (Background checks, drug tests, etc.)
- Schedule Interviews for candidates
- Send and review New Hire Paperwork, containing key information for the Onboarding team to process hires and promotions
- Involvement with the Early Careers program, and following up on the preboarding process for interns and graduates.
- Creation of Offer Letters for promotions and hires across USA and Canada.
Qualifications and skills
Qualifications and Skill:
- Advanced level of English (Written and conversational)
- Intermediate or advanced level of French
- Experience using Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Verbal skills (for communication with partners and stakeholders across the NAMER region)
- Attention to detail and data-privacy driven.
